Pulley announce new acoustic release 'Different String' coming out on SBÄM Records on May 28th!

You can’t really talk about skate punk without coming across California's Pulley at some point. They have released several albums on Epitaph Records over the years with their last full length coming out back in 2016.

Happy news for all their fans that they have now announced an acoustic EP to be released this month on SBÄM Records!

Furious, fast punk has always been a Pulley specialty, mixed in with melodies and some serious production and you have one of the best punk bands around.

SBÄM is releasing tracks that have never been on vinyl before, in exclusive colors for Pulley’s acoustic album.

The idea to play their songs in a paired-down format is something the band has considered for many years and as they found themselves with more time as touring was not possible, the recording process for this release began at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. After a few live streams and acoustic sessions showed them that this format was well received by their fans, SBÄM did not take long to put the acoustic tracks together for this special release.

All the songs are from Pulley’s first album “Esteem Drive Engine” - a classic now in a new format.

The band was formed by vocalist Scott Radinsky's when he departed from Ten Foot Pole (Radinsky is also a major-league relief pitcher and has played for the Los Angeles Dodgers, among others).

The band is very excited for their acoustic release to come out on SBÄM Records and is working on new material for the near future. Stay tuned!
